Greetings! Thanks for taking the time to check out my blog!

My name is Alexander. I started this blog to detail my adventures while living abroad in Japan. I lived in and around Tokyo for three years from 2010 to 2013. I had experiences that forever shaped me into the individual I am today. Some poor, some good and many great. Almost all are funny. So I created this blog to share the stories with you, the anonymous online reader.

The title of this blog, “Work Hard. Play Hard.” is my driving philosophy in life. When you’re on the clock you better be giving it your all. And likewise, when it’s personal time you should make the most of it.

I have now completed my blog. During the First Year I posted weekly,  bi-weekly for the Second Year, tri-weekly for the Third Year, and five entires in the Epilogue Chapter. Total there are 100 entries available in the Back Issues. Although it will take some time you may choose to start from the beginning.

I hope you enjoy reading about my adventures. As I enjoyed writing them. So pull up a chair and give them a read. And maybe chime in with a comment when you feel like it.
